Photo Editing Course

Photo editing is an important part of modern photography. While it’s always best to get as much right as possible in the camera, editing allows you to improve exposure, colour, contrast and other parts of an image.

In this course, I’ll show you how I edit my own photographs from start to finish and explain the decisions I make along the way. The aim isn’t to learn every feature in the software, but to build a simple editing workflow that you can use on your own photographs.

Every image is different, so there isn’t one editing recipe that works for everything. I’ll explain why I make certain adjustments, when they’re needed, and when it’s better to leave an image alone. My goal is to help you understand the editing process and give you the confidence to edit your own photographs with a clear and consistent workflow.

This is a relaxed, one-on-one course where we’ll work through your own RAW photographs together.

As we edit each image, I’ll explain the decisions I make and how each adjustment contributes to the final result. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the session, and we’ll work at a pace that suits your level of experience.

By the end of the course, you’ll have a better understanding of the editing process and a workflow that you can continue using on your own photographs.
