Jessica’s matric farewell photography images were taken at the Cornerstone Equestrian Centre.
I had the opportunity to take matric farewell photography images for Jessica at the Cornerstone Equestrian Centre. Being an equestrian herself, we included her horse in the session, which was a first for me. I made use of off-camera lighting techniques to balance the ambient and strobe light. I also used an ND filter to cut down on some light, allowing me to shoot with slower shutter speeds to allow more light to hit the camera sensor. If you combine the natural light with the light from the flash and Octabox, you get an evenly lit image.
